These terms apply to text messages sent by Proper Stays LLC to your mobile number.
Program description
Proper Stays sends conversational and account related text messages to prospective renters, residents, guests, property owners, and vendors. Messages include replies to your inquiries, showing and tour confirmations, maintenance scheduling and updates, rent, lease, and account notices, and move in or check in details. We do not send marketing texts.
How you opt in
You opt in by texting our business number, (843) 640-0897, by checking the text message consent box on a form on our website, or by telling a team member on a call or in person that we may text you. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of renting, buying, or using any service.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
