Both bedrooms open onto the front porch, where you’ll find classic Charleston rocking chairs and a lounge chair for soaking in the Lowcountry breeze. - Small, hypoallergenic dogs under 30 lbs may be considered with a $250 pet fee.
- In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $350 upon signing the lease agreement.
- Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to 10% accommodations tax.
