Spanning the second, third, and fourth floors of this stately five-story home, Magnolia Retreat features soaring 14-foot ceilings, elegant moldings, and a thoughtfully designed layout. Step through the grand foyer and into the spacious master suite, complete with a king-size bed, Smart TV, and dedicated workspace. The spa-like en suite bathroom offers a striking soaking tub set before a decorative fireplace, a steam shower, and a double vanity with ample storage. Across the foyer, the inviting living room boasts plush seating and a Smart TV, seamlessly flowing into the chef’s kitchen. Outfitted with high-end stainless steel appliances, a large center island with bar seating for four, and a formal dining area with seating for six, this space is ideal for both intimate meals and lively gatherings. A conveniently located half-bathroom and a full-size laundry area complete the main level.
Ascend one flight of stairs to find the first guest suite, featuring a king bed, generous closet space, Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a tub-shower combination. Another flight up leads to the second guest suite, a private sanctuary with a king-size bed, TV, desk, and an en suite bath with a tiled shower.
Perhaps the most enchanting feature of Magnolia Retreat is its private piazza. This quintessential Charleston outdoor space serves as an extension of the home, offering a serene setting to enjoy the Low country breeze. Furnished with a dining table for six, a cozy lounge area, and a grill, the piazza invites guests to relax and unwind in true Southern style.
While the home does feature multiple flights of stairs, an elevator is available for convenience. Guests wishing to use the elevator must sign a waiver upon leasing, and no credits will be provided in the event of maintenance issues.
Two parking spaces are available in the driveway. A small dog may be considered with a $250 pet fee.

- Dogs less than 50 pounds can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee.
- Please note, if you are staying at this property for more than one month, monthly cleanings are required at the expense of the tenant. The monthly cleaning fee is $300
- In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $450 upon signing the lease agreement.
- Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to 10% accommodations tax.
