The en suite bathroom includes a spacious vanity and a shower/tub combination with a glass door, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience. - In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $250 upon signing the lease agreement.
